Since 2019, GBA Holdings has acquired 2 million square feet of Florida flex/light industrial. GBA has built a reputation for excellence in execution of complex transactions as well as for superior asset management.
The principals have an extensive background in industrial, flex, office, multifamily and retail properties.
Their operational success comes from significant industry experience. Throughout their careers, GBA’s principals have collectively owned and operated commercial and multifamily properties in 16 states valued in excess of $2 billion.
GBA Holdings principals all began their careers in property management, and thus understand what is required for a great tenant experience while effectively controlling expenses. We provide tenants with the very best value and experience at all of our properties.
We know that excellence in transaction execution and focused asset management maximizes returns for investors. GBA’s fees are intentionally below market thus aligning us with our investors. We don’t make money unless they do.

DAVID GARFINKLE
COMPANY PARTNER
David began his real estate career managing multifamily properties out of his college dorm. Over the past 40 years he has owned and operated all of the major property types in 16 markets throughout the United States. His love of real estate started with a desire to create a best in market tenant experience with a sharp focus on the bottom line. It evolved into a commitment to excellence in execution of all facets of deal structuring and closing transactions. David is a founding partner of both Biscayne Atlantic and GBA Holdings. David is in love with his family and takes every opportunity to spend time with his wife and 3 adult children. He is a sports fanatic and enjoys traveling, the outdoors and feeding his lifelong passion for history.
BEN J. GENET

Finding a passion for Real Estate in 1991, Ben J. founded Genet Property Group where he actively buys, sells, and manages roughly 3.3 million square feet of commercial property throughout South and Central Florida. Ben J. strives to create an atmosphere of “collaboration” in his business and philanthropic life. His passion for business partnerships and relationships is paramount, and to be part of his team is to be part of a whirlwind of positive activity. Ben J. has a love for fly fishing, skiing, and traveling because he is inspired by the beauty of nature.
CRAIG STERNBERG
COMPANY PARTNER
Craig has been an active real estate operator, investor and sponsor for over 20 years. He started his career with Arthur Andersen and soon realized he had a passion for real estate. After sourcing debt and equity for real estate investors, he decided to transition into a more entrepreneurial principal role. Craig is a founding partner of both Biscayne Atlantic and GBA Holdings where he focuses on the company’s acquisitions, due diligence, financial portfolio management and reporting. On a personal level Craig has always been active in sports and enjoys running, hiking, skiing and playing tennis.
